We encourage students to join the PMSU Research Institute (PMSURI) and Global Project Consulting Group, LLC to acquire practical experience in project, program, research, and information technology management. PMSU applies mediated technological and project-based learning (PBL) approaches proven to bolster the cognitive and heuristic ability of students to explore, manage, and deal with real-world issues individually and collectively.
Our training programs do not tinge parents with a sense of loss of not seeing their child, husband, wife or daughter on weekdays or weekends when they are busy doing an assignment or studying. Students can access our live and prerecorded lectures, Ebrary, and classes anytime and from anywhere with an internet connection. One of the hallmarks is that we entrust our students with responsibility for their educations and unfettered freedom to decide their courses of study and shape their education in creative and innovative ways. The journey, however, requires rigorous discipline, immense sacrifice, about 30 hours of study time per week, and above all unflinching family support without which students will not make it to the end successfully.

PMSU Master’s degree programs (MDP) offer postgraduate degrees in project management (MPM) and program management (MPGMM). Requirement. Students who have acquired a bachelor’s degree or equivalent from any recognized university or college and passed the Business Management Aptitude Exams (GMAT or Graduate Record Examination (GRE). GMAT or GRE is a multiple-choice, computer-based, standardized exam that is often required for admission to graduate programs and graduate business programs (MBA) globally.
Every year PMSU will give five scholarships to qualified and deserving students so that they can achieve their life’s dream. The scholarship will remove the financial burdens and other barriers standing in the way.
How it works
To be considered for a scholarship, students must apply to PMSU, start a master’s master’s degree or certificate program, and submit an essay. We will announce the date and time later.
The essay should discuss how earning a degree at PMSU will help you become a better leader in the future.
Contestants will submit either a 500-700 word essay (maximum two pages, double-spaced), or a 2-4 minute audio or video file (minimum 2 minutes, maximum 4 minutes) in one of the following formats: .MOV, .MPEG4, .MP4, .MP3, .WAV, .AVI, .MV4, or .WMV not to exceed 25MB. Consequently, PMSU courses use the following assumptions. PMSU’s students are motivated to succeed both personally and professionally, learn well both independently and collaboratively, learn best through the application of their study program to practical situations and problems, use a variety of learning styles to comprehend new concepts, and learn at work, home, and on the road.
Project Management Solutions University employs a world-class faculty. Each faculty member brings a combination of professional experience and academic credentials to their PMSU and focuses on high quality instruction that drives student success.
PMSU faculty members have at least five years of teaching experience or ten years of professional experience in their field of study. Most faculty members have earned a terminal degree. Once hired, PMSU assesses faculty members frequently through such instruments as the End-of-Course Student Survey, an annual Peer Appraisal, an annual Self Appraisal and an annual appraisal conducted by the Chair of Faculty Development.
PMSU encourages faculty members to continue making scholarly contributions and supports high levels of performance in course instruction. The Faculty Administration department facilitates professional development activities that provide the faculty members with the tools and skills they need to drive student success. The Faculty Administration department’s top priority is finding and retaining highly qualified and high-performing faculty.

Those who will find our advanced degree in project management invaluable include senior project managers, directors and coordinators, marketing and PR professionals, service managers and leaders responsible for large teams of people or operations and human resources departments.
Each course is worth 45 PDUs towards project management certification applications and focuses on acquiring practical skills and concepts businesses demand from management professionals. The programs enable students to develop management expertise and advance their knowledge, skills, and careers in areas such as corporate management, directing cross-disciplinary endeavors, and integrating functions across the business enterprise.
Global Project Management Consulting Group, LLC. (GPCG) is an auxiliary of and shareholder in Project Management Solution University. Through our trusted partnership with GPCG, we will hire or accept qualify senior or junior students in our internship programs. We will train students to gain knowledge and experience in the practical aspect of running a project, business, and program. Students will work under the auspices of GPCG personnel to conduct need assessment, define scope statement, a project objective, estimate cost, time, quality, and create a risk management plan, to name a few examples.
Global Project Consulting Group, LLC. is a privately held limited liability company owned, in the majority, by its founder and president, Dr. Abu M. Fofana. There are also ten silent partners, neither of whom owns more than 5%, but will be active participants in daily operations, management decisions and consulting through the ensuing years. Their increased efforts and additional investment of capitas may increase the shareholders’ stake in the company. If the operation does not reach its expected growth and profitability goals in three years, Global Project Consulting Group, LLC. will begin a first public offering to raise capital and establish operational or satellite locations in targeted locations worldwide.
Dr. Fofana is an award-winning project management, business and PMO consultant and subject matter expert. He is well versed in project integration, planning, execution of multi-sized projects resulting in higher quantifiable ROI and stronger market position for corporate fortune 500 clients and has worked at over three decades in the program, IT, project management office, and portfolio management fields. He respectively holds a bachelor’s degree in international relations and government from the University of Liberia and two master’s degrees in international economic cooperation and project management from the Ecole Nationale D ’Administration Publique (ENAP), Rabat, Morocco, and DeVry Keller Graduate School of Management, USA. He also holds a Ph.D. degree in business management with a specialization in project management from the School of Business and Technology Management at Northcentral University, Sans Diego, CA. Dr. Fofana fluently speaks English, French, and Arabic and has a working knowledge of German.
Career Development and Mentoring programs CDMP). This program is separate but designed to provide a wide range of comprehensive career counseling service, including GMAT and GRE examination preps, resumé assistance, interviewing skills building, job-seeking strategies and networking opportunities, creating learning environment that will bring people with diverse interests and backgrounds together in a common forum to overcome challenges both professionally and personally.
The Career Development Centre will be configured and equipped to accommodate hands-on instruction and direct skills training in business, program, information technology, and project management areas. PMSU customizes these training programs for any country or institution that is experiencing labor shortages in a specific industry.
The establishment of the Skills Development Centre is one of the many ways that PMSU intends to build on its connections to the communities including underrepresented populations. The Centre will prepare students for pre-apprenticeship and mentorship programs.
